We've installed across Strip properties where pattern alignment on 48"×48" tile in a high-gloss lobby and VCT in a loading dock are both on the same project. We coordinate around operational hours, work in phases, and protect finished areas while adjacent spaces remain active construction zones. We work directly with superintendents on schedule sequencing and coordinate daily with other trades to keep floors from becoming a bottleneck.

Substrate prep, moisture testing, and flatness checks before any material is installed. Daily logs and progress photos throughout the installation phase.

Warranty documentation, product data sheets, substrate records, and installation photos delivered as a complete close-out package at substantial completion.
